QA & Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a strong team player with a solid skills that span customer support, QA, product testing, cross-browser compatibility/UI testing, and documentation skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a QA & Technical Support Specialist you will be doing the following:

  • Technical Support
  • QA- Product Testing
  • Customer support
  • Bug replication, tracking, debugging
  • Corresponding with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, chat, and other messaging/ticketing services
  • Documenting issues in bug tracker
  • Cross-browser/UI testing, backed testing/data validation
  • Define and document a test and release process (with our engineering team), to deliver high-quality, iterative features.
  • Work closely with product/design team to understand end-user requirements and turn these into manual test plans.


We are seeking candidate who have:

  • A minimum of 3 years work experience as part of a team delivering production ready products in a QA and/or testing capacity
  • Knowledge of software development, QA methodologies & release process
  • Experience with cross-browser testing/UI testing
  • Keen eye for edge cases that should be tested
  • Adept at replicating and documenting issues
  • Experience working in startups and/or other fast-paced environments
  • Team player with a positive personality
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and capacity to design SQL scripts to create and maintain test data a plus
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
