Network Specialist

Element3 Health is a rapidly growing, venture backed healthcare company that engages 50+ adults around their passions in effort to increase physical, social and mental activity for healthy aging. We combine the three most powerful elements of health into one cohesive solution in order to tackle the $75 billion dollar challenge of healthcare spending associated with social, mental and physical decline in seniors. Ultimately, we match health plan members with appropriate activity clubs ranging from sewing clubs to cycling clubs — and everything in between. Our company is growing rapidly and as part of that growth, we are expanding our Network Team. 

The Role 

The Network Specialist will directly support the growth and operational excellence of clubs in Element3 Health’s Network. Most of your day will be spent on the phone with club leaders and organizers who love what they do! You will be responsible for vetting and interviewing these potential club partners, determining if they will be a good match for Element3 Health’s Network, and encouraging them to join. Ultimately, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships (i.e., account management) with clubs, both at national and local levels, who join our Network. 


  • Over the phone interviews and assessments of clubs is significant and critical aspect of the role 
  • Online research to find new club partners 
  • Evaluation of network membership applications submitted by potential club partners 
  • Development of strong working relationships with club partners 
  • Ownership of the long-term health and success club partnerships in your portfolio 
  • Maintain high satisfaction scores of clubs in your portfolio 
  • Internal, team collaboration to ensure company-wide operational alignment and success 
  • Track and report key network performance metrics for your Network portfolio 
  • Capacity management of clubs in your Network portfolio segment 
  • Generate clean, consistent, and accurate reporting for your Network portfolio 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management. 

Who you are 

  • You love working on teams 
  • You like (or even better, LOVE) being on the phone and ideally have experience working with customers either internal or external to your organization (Sales Development Rep (RSD) or Customer Service Rep (CSR) experience is preferred) 
  • You are a relationship-builder 
  • You prioritize exceptional customer service, are good listener, have professional phone voice and etiquette, have strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • You are organized and have high attention to detail 
  • You are proficient with computers, comfortable with Excel, have strong typing skills 
  • Experience with a CRM software is a bonus 
  • You manage your time well and prioritize effectively 
  • You are a goal-oriented person 
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment 


  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred 
  • 5+ years of professional experience
