Field Sales Representative

About the Role:

We’re looking for ambitious and dynamic sales professionals to represent the brand, join our mission and spread the word on the offering that has the opportunity to change the delivery of healthcare.   

The Field Sales Representative role is an integral part of championing the Element3 Health brand and product portfolio to the targeted audience.  

The Field Sales Representative is primarily responsible for selling the Element3 Health offering to targeted Market Access Partners in a specific vertical, ultimately achieving active member growth and sales objectives. 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory business plans that result in achievement of assigned sales quota.
  • Develop and maintain market knowledge, business acumen and proven sales processes.
  • Identify and navigate large business opportunities with various Market Access Partners.
  • Conduct in-service training programs with respective customers and assist in onboarding.
  • Embrace corporate values with regard to process and administrative responsibilities which includes, but is not limited to: (a) Complete and accurate account management practices via CRM tool, (b) timely submission & management of expenses, (c) Completion of all required training assignments on or before the defined deadlines.
  • Hold oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with the highest ethical and integrity standards.

What will you be responsible for on a typical day?

  • Partner closely with Account Managers and Sales Leaders to identify and source new pipelines that lead to closed revenue and quota attainment.
  • Execute discovery of the customers’ needs and identify opportunities for Element3 Health to be a good match for the prospect.
  • Manage a high volume of leads and accounts but remain focused on executing against the defined strategy.  
  • Sign up new clubs in defined geography to the Club Network model via agreement. Once clubs are signed, work with the Club Leader and influencers within the club to properly onboard club and member enrollees to the Element3 Health platform.
    • This involves being onsite with the club for 1-2 weeks post-sign up or during “live events or tournaments” to enroll members and build rapport with the club.
  • Represent the Element3 Health mission and brand with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing while being flexible as part of an ever-growing sales organization.
  • Perform market research and uncover customer insights for delivery of results.  
  • < 75% travel inside territory

Professional Background and Experience Requirements

Our preferred candidate will have many of the following attributes, skills, and experiences:

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience (delivering against a quota) preferred; strong business-to-business selling ability (preference given to healthcare related or software related products).  
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills (CRM system, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with a proper skill set for follow-up.
  • Strong candidates will have an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication and organizational skills, and will be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a startup environment. 
  • Signature skill in communicating for impact: convey ideas and messages in written, presentation and verbal formats to a variety of audiences, including customers, channel partners, sales, etc.
  • Fearless, risk-taker not afraid to push envelopes, doors and conventional thinking.
  • Humble enough to take direction from multiple team members in the spirit of overall team success.
  • Eager to be a part of a growing company where you can influence the future through sales execution.
  • Competent in Salesforce, SalesLoft and data analysis tools or the proven ability to learn similar tools quickly.

We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join our remote Design and User Experience (UX) team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide product recommendations and make design decisions with minimal guidance, and be able to jump into the role to make an immediate impact.

As a part of our remote product team, your contributions will play a crucial role in not only enhancing user satisfaction and overall product aesthetics, but also in building our team’s core values.

What your day-to-day will involve:

  • Work closely with the Sr. Director of UX & Design, product managers, engineering and project stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives.
  • Translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to test with users.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers to incorporate user feedback and insights into design iterations.
  • Apply your expertise in interactive design, visual design, and prototyping while tapping into your empathetic brain to solve complex product challenges.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design and UX to drive innovation within the team.

What you should bring to the team:

  • Bachelors in Design, User Experience (UX), Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-7 years of professional experience in a mid-level design and UX support role working across the entire product lifecycle and successfully shipping products.
  • An innate sense of curiosity and drive to understand people and their needs.
    Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
    Stellar visual design skills, attention to detail, and understanding of grid systems, typography and color theory.
  • Support user research using different modalities; interviews, user testing, surveys, etc.
  • Excellent grasp of the research, design and prototyping process, using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Jira to effectively communicate with engineers on requirements, design handoff and tracking the product throughout the development process.
  • Experience using and contributing to internal design systems.
  • A well-rounded product design portfolio with result-driven case studies that demonstrate your ability to convert requirements into practical product features for web and mobile products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to clearly present your work; you are articulate and can advocate design rationale.
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and experience working in fast-change environments. What your day-to-day will involve:

  • Project planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that incorporate project goals, scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

  • Communication: Maintain open and consistent communication with stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions.

  • Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Proactively address challenges and obstacles to keep the project on track.

What You Should Bring to the Team:

  • Proven experience (not less than 3 years) of work experience in project management. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Compensation commensurate to experience. 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies. 
  • Proven track record of getting up to speed on new enterprise collaboration software and tools. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Analytic mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a strong bias for action. 
  • Adaptable to changing project requirements and environments. Comfortable pushing projects forward amidst ambiguity. 
  • Able to handle multiple projects and priorities.
